We teach knife skills classes at the Milwaukee Public Market and the culinary department of the Milwaukee Area Technical College. We can talk to your group about how to maintain a sharp edge on your knives, scissors and other edged tools. Spring 2012 News

Our friend Isela came from Rincon, Puerto Rico this spring to study with us and learn the ways of The Sharp Brothers. She has been a surf instructor most of her life and now plans to run a knife sharpening service out of the back of her truck in Puerto Rico. We worked day and night for four days teaching her all the fine details. We are happy for her and she shows great promise. She also had time to go to the beach (“This is not a beach, it is cold and the water is not salty”) and get lost on a bike ride. The Sharp Brothers got to practice their spanish and have been promised surf lessons whenever they go to Rincon to assist her start up.
